Bug: Triage Links from older Posts #339

What happened?
Background
We have a lot of failing links from older posts and our .lycheeignore file should be reviewed.

Definition of Done
- Review older posts and either update old links or remove from posts / add comment saying link is no longer available
- Review .lycheeignore and see where these exists in our posts and if any can be removed. These links are ignored, and users of blog post will click on a bad link...
