Add an "Origin" column for ADaM vars #66

From a user comment: I found the admiraldiscovery table very useful. That said, I sometimes get lost trying to understand where should I look for each of the variables needed when deriving a new dataset. I would find it very useful to also know the origin from which each variable/parameter is derived, like some sort of extra colum in the admiraldiscovery table that says "Origin", and for each row it says if the variable is "direct copy from SDTM", "derived from SDTM", "derived from metadata", "copied from ADSL", etc. Is there any resource that explains this in the pharmaverse documentation, or maybe it can be added to the table? Thanks!
