Discussing the scope of the brand updates in #23, we thought it would be good to have a acknowledgement of the R Validation Hub's efforts even if custom branding elements are used.
When a custom brand is used, it's okay for it to be the most visible elements to be the custom branding, but we still want it to be apparent that the tools used were built as part of our initiative.
As a start, including a plain-text footer to the report that says something like, "built with tools from the R Validation Hub" - ideally with a R Validation Hub logo somewhere subtle, but the exact implementation details are a bit flexible. As a start, I say go for whatever is most actionable.
