Need InteractiveBatchedFheBools to save bandwidth with interactive FHE

There's no interactive version of `NonInteractiveBatchedFheBools` that I can find. I understand if noninteractive is getting more focus, but currently with server key generation taking so long it doesn't make sense to use for demo apps, so I am exploring interactive apps.
