Update to Poulpy v0.2.2 and remove local dependencies

Switch local dependencies to:

• poulpy-hal = "0.2.2"
• poulpy-core= "0.2.2"
• poulpy-backend = "0.2.2"
• poulpy-schemes = "0.2.2"

This will require changes in the code to accommodate for the new API.
