Binary deployment

Setup a CD that outputs self-contained binaries for Linux and Windows. Avoids the need for installing .NET to run beampdf.

A portable .zip might be easiest.

Setting up an installer would allow us to automatically clean-up the recent-files list (stored in user data) on uninstall.
