Copy reference image with all layers

Copy the reference for benchmarks/experiments to Reference.exr with all layers available not just the default layer.
Especially the denoised layer might be of use in some applications.

To implement, SceneFromFile.GetReferenceImage needs to (optionally) return AOV layers and Benchmark.RunScene must write them to the output directory.
