Almost runs on M1 Macs.

This works on Intel macs, but on the M1/arm64 Macs rstudio server says "Unable to connect to service." when run on an M1 laptop through docker.

I've tried a fresh build on the M1 and got the same result.

I saw you made a comment somewhere that you built it in docker for Mac and got it working.  Suggestions?
