Worker Processes Configuration is not affected from Number of CPU parameter

The configuration builder, always calculates same values as below even if you change the number of cpu input up to 64 cores.

max_worker_processes = 8
max_parallel_workers_per_gather = 2
max_parallel_workers = 2
