Mobile version of theme

Hello.

I really appreciate the SemPress theme, but I have one issue. When I am logged into my admin account on my phone, the admin bar covers the menu bar, so I cannot access to any page on my website. It is very frustrating.

Also I have an advice to make the theme more readable. So the menu in phone version does not have any close button. It is really annoying to these people who click on the menu, then change their mind and want to go back the site. I think an close button would really help.

And maybe some expand buttons to expandable menu entries. When I have many pages under a menu entry, the menu on phone, covers a half of page, and it dosen't look good.

On PC everything works fine, but I know that most of visitors are phone users, so convenience in using my website on mobiles, is important to me.

Thanks for a such great theme. Page after using it speeded up immediately.
