Ctrl + Alt does not work on Brackets 1.8

Hi there!
As mentioned, Ctrl + Alt + Up/Down doesn´t work though Ctrl + Shift + Alt DOES work! o.O
I checked keyboard shortcuts to see if this is already in use, but it´s not.

Will there be a fix/help or is this extension dead?
