TO DO for database completeness

1. ETL run: pipeline run name is "Analysis Records ETL", no completed_at, no status change from RUNNING to COMPLETED, no records_ingested, run_id vs id redundancy
2. Data source: only has NASS API. Should BioCirV be listed? Preferences/

Steps to reproduce

1. Load database
2. Inspect column ETL_run
3. Inspect column data_source
