I'm afraid my very last commit to fix gcc warnings broke visual c++ dragging of text and files. Working on a fix...

Apologies. I did not retest the very last commit as thoroughly as the compiler errors seemed straightforward but apparently gcc and vc++ preprocessors differ in their order of token concatenation and stringification.

PR #72 merged. Can you verify that the problem has been fixed?

Verified demos with VS 2022 using win/makefile.vc against 8.6.10 and 9.0.0. Note I don't use tkdnd so I do not have a specific application test. The original report was also based on demos.
