basin edge parameter check (inside or outside with relative high or low Vs30)

Brian: In general, outside stations (inBasin == 0) should have relatively large Vs30_sugg. But, as we can see from the figures below, some outside stations have low Vs30. Check whether the inconsistency can be improved by revising either the boundary or the Vs30. I am most concerned about the inconsistencies at KAU046 and KAU080, so please check these two stations first.
also check inside stations whose Vs30 is relatively high. Station TTN042 is the most urgent one.
