No backgrounds have been precomputed

I ran depict.py with my own data and got the following error message in the last few lines of the log file:

Number of unique, non-overlapping loci: 2268
Number of unique genes in the unique, non-overlapping loci: 3859
No backgrounds have been precomputed for 2268 yet. Please contact Tune H. Pers (tunepers@broadinstituted.org).

Any suggestions?
