I want to use CELLECT for hg38 GWAS data. Which parameters need to be changes?
It would be appreciated if any messages could be provided.

I am afraid I am running into an issue with this, as my data is also hg38 but when run with the 1000G data it ends up with incorrect bed files that have missing ensembl IDs and it causes the LDSC to fail
