Support data from other sources besides start.gg

Currently we only pull from start.gg, because that's where the majority of smash tournaments are listed (though it does vary by country). It would be nice to add other sources to tournament organizers aren't locked in to that horrible website start.gg

The next biggest tournament site besides start.gg that I'm aware of is https://challonge.com/, though last time I looked their API isn't nearly as friendly for pulling the data we want. If https://www.sumo.gg/ ever actually happens, maybe it'll have a nicer API.

My experience is pretty US-centric. It appears some countries (Japan, for example) seem to be using other websites, though I don't know what.
