Additonal parameter for Acceleration

Can you please add a parameter which can control the acceleration of the loco, something like ORTSAcceleration which will control the acceleration when added in the .eng file? Higher Value high Acceleration, Actually I want the amount of acceleration as we get in Autopilot mode in the manual mode, Tried modifying the .eng file still I couldn't achieve the acceleration as in Autopilot mode.
