Admin and User Accounts Example - Insert & Delete User

I noticed that the admin and user account examples don't seem to have insert in them, was this done for a specific reason or maybe just something overlooked? I can submit a PR with it added, just figured I would check first ... as I noticed it is available in the material example.

Also can't seem to figure out the best way to integrate the ability to delete user accounts as well? Can you provide any insight on how I could go about doing that?
