Preserve surrounding provinces as clickable areas when zooming into a set of DPR or DPRD I dapil?

I love the dapil swapping out when you zoom into a province on DPR/DPRDI. Would it be possible to preserve the surrounding provinces as clickable areas so you could click around the country without having to step back out to the full map?
