Though it would probably be a remote talk via Google Hangout, we should reach out to someone with the feds to get a talk on the Developers Exchange. The basic idea is that the feds (and BC) hire for small contracts under $10k.

When the Canadian Digital Service visited PEI 1-2 years ago, they were fairly savvy about it.
