template for listening to messaging server event

A template component will let you register to some event from the messaging server and refresh the current form on change - then
developers can insert views into the template.

Queries:

1. As per the docs, supported matcher values include pulse, interaction, and chat
   (https://docs.pega.com/bundle/pcore-pconnect/page/pcore-pconnect-public-apis/api/message-schema.html
   ).
   Should the matcher (e.g. interaction) be configurable for this template component?
   If yes, do you want the matcher value to be passed via the template config?

2. Is the expectation that this template component only provides the messaging subscription hook (e.g. getMessagingServiceManager().subscribe(...)), and developers using the template will handle the message execution / refresh logic themselves?

the idea is to create a template component that would wrap a view - the view would refresh based on event from the messaging server (e..g not based on when or refresh when condition) - this is to emulate the onload configuration in a section

the component will be configured to take a notification message string and will register the case ID as property to the filter - if a message is received for this case, we would refresh the view
