Local action to copy data from one case to another works with OOTB rich text editor. However, when we switched the RTE to the Secure Text Editor (cloned from this Github repo), the text value in the RTE are not updating after the local action is executed.
The user can, however, click "Save for later" or refresh the browser window to see the data copied by the local action from another case. From UX perspective, this is not ideal and is confusing.
We are wondering:
- Are you aware of this behaviour exhibited?
- If yes, is there any work in your pipeline to address this issue?
