Script won't work for me... #21

Hi,
I've tried everything.. changed from a german to an english System also but the one option is I get nothing: no Output in PowerShell, no new Picture, it just jumps to the next line... Then Jacoby (I'm Jacoby) told me to paste the whole script in the Powershell and I get this:
