I didn’t download this, how do i get rid of it?

I didn’t download this virus on my computer, i got one of my account hacked etc. a few minutes later this popped up from my screen and now i cant do anything about it, how do I get rid of this?

if you downloaded the .EXE, its actively your own fault. your always best of compiling the code yourself after looking at the source code.
(basically, download source code -> compile -> run)
