feat: add labels to user profiles #7
Description
Problem statement
When browsing a large volume of reviews, it can be difficult to identify recurring behavioral patterns or personality traits. Users need a quick way to recognize characteristics like team player, lone wolf, nitpicker, or natural leader without reading every single review.
Proposed solution
Allow users to add or upvote labels on a profile, separate from reviews. To prevent abuse, available labels will come from a pre-defined list. These labels will appear with a counter on the user's profile, showing how many times a specific trait has been attributed to them.
