NO I would rate this as low value add as it can not completely prevent wrong doing and only slighly increases cost of wrong doing. If a validator wants to make one specific provider look better than they have worse things they can do like inform them of the prompts beforhand. Also they could have tested the prompts on each service with a seperate anonymouse user on each provider outside of the validation network to find out which promopts does better on their prefered provider. |

Do validators need to pre-register publicly hashes of the prompts that they will send?
The idea would be that they then can not censor prompt/answer pairs where their favorite providers get worse scores than others.
