Upgrade sonivox

Either to sonivox v3.6.16 or a newer one.

This may lead to significative changes like:

• build using CMake instead of makefiles.
• support for custom DLS soundfonts in addition to the embedded one. A newer version will support SF2 soundfonts as well.
