Add on actions qodana's code check and its badge in the README

1. Test the Qodana GitHub Action

• Push a commit or open a pull request to the main branch (or merge a branch into main).
• Find the workflow run named Qodana.
• Check that the workflow runs, completes, and shows results (success or failure).

2. Test the Qodana Badge in README

• Go to your repository’s main page on GitHub.
• The badge should appear at the top of your README.
• Click the badge; it should link to the Qodana workflow runs.
• The badge will show green (passing) or red (failing) depending on the latest workflow status.

3. Trigger a Failure

• Intentionally introduce a code issue (e.g., a style violation or unused variable).
• Push the change or open a PR.
• The Qodana workflow should fail, and the badge will turn red after the run.
