top nav bar behaviour when resizing window

There is a range of width where both sandwich icon and menu items in the nav bar are present at the same time [1], this creates two issues:

• Profile and Connect are not present (either vertical [2] or horizontal [3])
• Duplication of menu items (horizontal [3])

Tested in Macbook, Chrome browser and Arc browser
