Re-connection after PC wakes up from standby mode?

Hi, is there a way to make Contact reconnect automatically after the PC wakes from standby mode? At least on Linux Mint (ThinkPad L470), when the system resumes, the Contact app still responds to keyboard input, but the node is no longer connected. I have to press ESC (or even Ctrl + C) to close Contact and then start it again—only then are the node and channel lists updated

This is great issue, thanks for opening it! I'd sure prefer if the Meshtastic Python Library handled this on it's own but perhaps we can check for a connection in the background and reconnect if needed. This could also help when saving settings changes that cause a node reboot.

I had made an attempt to implement this in https://github.com/pdxlocations/contact/tree/watchdog but was never happy with the results so I moved on.

Hi. Yep, It will be great if Meshtastic Python library will do the stuff under the hood (also abstracting the OS - Linux, MacOS etc.)

Maybe I could dive deep in to this problem (although I doubt that I can do something) - I really like the app, but I don't like to close it every time I start a PC :)
