Would it be possible to calculate the distance and bearing to remote nodes?
These values would not fit in the current Node Info Window, but they could if scrolling or a Node Info dialog was added, as mentioned in #153 and #179.
An additional Nodes Window sorting option, Distance, could be added.
This would be great for DX usage in the field
