DataAccess.WITSML reference in .Net Core project #8

I have a question,
I want to reference DataAccess.WITSML in my .net core project.
I have the issue on runtime "could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.Services, Version=4.0.0.0".
I want to ask if DataAccess.WITSML is compatible with .Net Core.
