error in training tree

Hi,pdollar.
I try train tree myself,but it alaways have the error:
Unable to read file 'BSR/BSDS500/data//groundTruth/train/Thumb.mat'. No such file or directory.
PS:when I reduce the number of the patch,it run ok.I guess if it is related to the number of data?

Maybe this is no longer relevant, but just in case somebody experiences the same bug. This is caused by the automatic thumbnails created by Windows. It seems that Thumb.db files are processed by the code. The bug can be resolved by simply deleting those from the BSDS500 image folders.
