assets_zine//bar.png can't be loaded from Azure Storage due to the path containing two "/" characters #415

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Removing the second / in the bar.png path.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see the delimiter. Instead I can see an outline of the container.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FlexPaper_Zine_2.2.3-1.4.4_Customizable_UI
Please provide any additional information below.
This error might cause an "Unhandled promise rejection" error.
