Documentation: GEO URL?

Can it be clarified in the documentation how to get the environment variables for build (specifically GEO_URL)? I see Location https://haminfo.tetranz.com/ in the README but I can't find the CSV file that the GEO function is trying to grab on that site so I assume it's either looking for a different site, or I'm doing something wrong.

Either way, definitely couldn't hurt to clarify that in the docs.

Part of my agreement for the use of the data from https://haminfo.tetranz.com/ was that I would not bulk distribute the data. I occasionally download a bulk file and host it for my processing at an undisclosed location.

If you would like to update the readme or if the program needs conditionals to work without the GEO_URL I would love a PR for it.

Makes sense - what I can probably do is just change the geo processing to not even attempt without that GEO_URL env var, that'll save some dev annoyances (currently I've just been commenting it out as needed). Will leave this open and take care of that.

Yeah, I think you need to adjust the wait group as well, I have been bitten by that before.
