Feature request: Thumbnail support

Input: PDF, JPEG, PNG, DOCX
Output: thumbnail

In multi-page documents the thumbnail would default to the first page.

For multi-page documents we could consider returning a thumbnail for each page in separate responses using http/2 streaming.
