Route password requirement?

• Users were surprised that a route password was required when adding a new PLC to the programming node
• Should we require a password by default with the generated image or disable it / leave it to later configuration?

I can't seem to find where this setting is. Is this a 4022 vs 4024 difference that we were unaware of, or am I just overlooking the configuration pane?
