Make daff comment more readable

- Add color if possible
- Make rows smaller so you don't have to scroll so much
- Make it so there's only one comment that gets updated instead of posting a new comment upon each commit that changes a csv
- Make the table "prettier", ideally similar to what the diff looks like on the command line https://paulfitz.github.io/daff/
