Show sound play counts on UI (along with sorting/ordering by the same?)

As a [SPEAKERBOT USER],

I want [TO SEE THE PLAY COUNTS OF INDIVIDUAL SOUNDS]

so that [I CAN MAKE SURE DRYFART.MP3 IS THE MOST-PLAYED SOUND]

Also it will enable sorting/ordering in the UI so we can bubble up the most-played sounds to the top. See http://dryfart.com/ for reference implementation.
