Sound CLI

Create cli commands for creating, updating, normalizing, and deleting sound.

Commands:

• speakerbob sound create: create a new sound with flags for nsfw, name and the audio file
• speakerbob sound delete: delete the given sound and remove it from the search index
• speakerbob sound update: modify name or nsfw on a sound
• speakerbob sound nomalize: re normalize audio, there should be an all flag to normalize all sounds

The cli should act as a client of a speakerbob server.
