Transactions Stuck in "Confirming" State for long

Description

Transactions are experiencing significant delays, remaining in a "Confirming" status for 2 minutes or more. This exceeds acceptable performance thresholds and appears to be caused by an indexing delay on the Note Blocks side.

Steps to reproduce

1. Initiate a transaction on the platform.
2. Monitor the transaction status in the UI or via API.
3. Observe the status remains "Confirming" for more than 120 seconds.
4. Verify the on-chain status (which may already be successful) against the system's internal status.

Expected behavior
Transactions should transition from "Confirming" to a pending state (Processing-Fulfilled-Settled-Failed) within standard block confirmation times immediately

Actual Behaviour
The system's internal state remains stagnant at "Confirming" for long time due to lag in the indexing service.
