[BUG] Stuck in loading state

Describe the bug
The swap button got stuck in the loading state even though I've been credited.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://noblocks.xyz/
2. Swap to Naira from USDT
3. See error

Expected behavior

1. Success state if swap is successful, and/or redirect to homepage.
