User Story
As an Engineer, I need to add Bright Finance as an available provider within the Noblocks provision node, so the system can communicate with its APIs for transaction fulfillment.
Acceptance Criteria
GIVEN Bright Finance API keys and endpoints.
WHEN A new provider module for Bright Finance is implemented and configured in the provision node.
THEN The Bright Finance API is successfully authenticated and added to the provision node
