[bug] Accordion should not animate

Description of the issue

<pf-accordion> animates expand/collapse, however, I was unable to find any evidence of such in PatternFly React v4

1. Go to accordion demo
2. Click on a title
3. note that accordion animates

Expected behavior

accordion should not animate
