Not able to configure user with module active

Describe the bug

When the module is active changes in user color and assigned characters are lost or not saved.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'user configuration'
2. Click on 'assign a charcter'
3. Click on 'save'
4. See error 'no character assigned'

Expected behavior

User configuration keeps assigned color and character.

• Browser Opera
• Module Version 11.1.0
• A/V Client Livekit 0.5.22

Additional context:

Only tested in Torg Eternity v3.2.2.system but should be system agnostic.
