Unable to disable camera

Describe the bug

When setting up A/V connection user attempts to disable camera input, but when they click ok, camera is still turned on

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set Camera to disabled.
2. Click ok.

Expected behavior

User's camera is disabled when connecting to session when they select disabled under camera settings

Environment (please complete the following information):

• Foundry VTT: v11.314
• Browser: chrome
• Module Version: 11.1.0
• A/V Client: LiveKit
