Add an option to mute own video stream when first logging in #13

Note: I'm considering also posting the feature request on the Foundry VTT repo as well, as I think ideally it should be a core feature.

When users log into Foundry, Foundry by default uses the last video mute state. Sometimes users log in, but aren't necessarily ready to stream their audio or video, but if they were unmuted when they were last logged in, they're unmuted by default.
Describe the solution you'd like
A/V QoL offers a Settings window upon login where the user can configure the video. This is similar to apps such as Zoom and Meet where the user can set themselves up before joining a call. It'd be nice if A/V QoL could mute the mic and camera until the user finishes configuring and confirming their settings.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Writing my own module, but I don't have the bandwidth for that.
