Add an option for the GM to change the video background for his players as well, for immersion #12

Describe the solution you'd like
Right now each connected player can change his background, but for immersion purpose it would be great if the GM could pick an image that all the connected players (or maybe some of them) will display as their background. That would add greatly to the immersion. Also having a quick shortcut in the UI to change the picture on the fly would be wonderful, rather than having to go through the global settings.

I like to have a different background for each scene if I can, and having the players on the same page would be great
