F10 to toggle READ-ONLY

Hi Patrick,

Let's say I do a query on a table. The `create/clone/load/delete` buttons at the bottom are enabled. This is because READ-ONLY is off. Now I hit F10 to toggle READ-ONLY, and I see that the buttons **stay enabled**. Although the buttons don't do anything (except for load-data), maybe it's better to disable those when READ-ONLY is activated.
